Last year 2022, AICRUM IT participated in a Trade Mission in the Southern Cone in order to market some of the products that we have developed in AICRUM IT. The mission, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) and the Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia (INFO), took place in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay and the products presented were the following:
EPICO (Epilepsy Communication channel): A comprehensive platform to establish a direct communication channel between epilepsy patients and their doctors, which has been developed in co-creation with the Murcian Health Service.
VirTEA : An application based on Virtual Reality that recreates different scenarios of the life of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in order to train them to face situations outside their usual routine.
This trade mission has opened the doors for the development of a promising pilot together with the Chilean Epilepsy League, in order to get the EPICO platform “off the ground” in Chile in the first instance and in the rest of Latin America afterwards.
Once again, we are proud to help with our work to improve the quality of life of people suffering from these pathologies.
