In a gesture aimed at strengthening the bonds between the AICRUM IT team, last March 31st we held a team lunch that was attended by all team members and turned out to be a rewarding and successful experience.
The lunch took place at the Lariz Restaurant and offered the members the opportunity to get to know each other better in a relaxed atmosphere and, of course, to enjoy a delicious menu.
During the meal, employees had the opportunity to interact informally, share anecdotes and experiences, and discuss topics beyond their daily tasks. This interaction outside the work environment contributed to the creation of closer ties between team members and allowed them to get to know each other on a more personal level.
In addition to strengthening interpersonal relationships, the team lunch also served as a platform to foster collaboration and improve communication within the team. Employees had the opportunity to discuss ongoing projects, exchange ideas and raise suggestions for improving processes and work efficiency.
